查询弹出框，关闭按钮显示 #43

关闭按钮必须鼠标放在右上角才会显示，这个地方是否需要直接显示比较好 1 2

是存在这样问题，jqGrid用的是JQuery UI样式，和bootstrap存在一定冲突。影响不大，后续抽时间再优化吧。
