Release on hackage #1

I cannot find hfish on hackage: https://hackage.haskell.org/packages/search?terms=hfish

Hackage is the primary contribution platform in the haskell community and most people look for stuff there. It would probably also boost the popularity of this repository.

I know, I have so far been reluctant to make a release before the code is cleaned up somewhat. There are quite a few places that need a cleanup. If you think thats a good idea I can make a release though.
