At present, various models exist outside playable areas within the Talas' Cozy House map, including the basement that is presently inaccessible to micros.
Perhaps we could be given the option to disable those models/environment features in favor of improving performance on lower spec'd devices? I mostly say this due to the fact that micros rarely, if ever, need to see the buildings, trees, or occasional car going by outside, when they might prefer to have a smoother experience unhindered by clutter outside the playable parts of the map.
