Remove stub_const #17

As we discussed, this updates rspec-fire to work with what's currently in rspec-mocks (but unreleased). We should probably hold off on merging this until rspec 2.11 is released.

Thanks for this. So much red! Happy for this to be merged once rspec 2.11 is released and we update the deps in the gemspec, then we can push out a release.
