Feature Request: Documented Intents to turn on/off the FTP service (for Tasker, Locale) #105

Please implement documented intents that turn on or off the FTP service. These 
intents would allow other developers (like Pent, of Tasker fame) to implement 
actions that turn on or off the FTP service based on conditions Tasker allows. 
Or please develop a Locale plugin that turns on or off FTP service, and then 
both Tasker and Locale could use it (Tasker has Locale plugin compatibility).
