Adapt to Nova Apollo version

That would be great to have this package adapted to the Apollo version of Nova.

Methods would be replaced by mutations defined in schema, document /list containers by the new ones using queries defined in the schema.

I believe the logic of fetching the feeds could be rewritten too (performances issues, server hanging on when fetching slow servers)
