server software doesn't work under some folders requiring certain admin permissions #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. unzip install package under 'Program Files' or 'My Documents'
2. run
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
if 'Program Files' under Vista or Windows7, permissions errors
if other non-admin folder, but with spaces, then system commands/batch file 
pathnames don't work

fixed issue with running from location with spaces in folder names, removed
