XBVR can't stream subtitles to Heresphere #1546

Hello it looks like the subtitles cannot be streamed to heresphere!

I have tried with both a .ssa file and .srt, and have loaded both the video and the subs locally onto my quest 2 to ensure they work fine in heresphere and it appears to work. ( purple CC icon)

But trying to get the subtitles working over XBVR in heresphere does not appear to work even if the subtitles are matched to the scene

I use subtitles and they work fine with Heresphere, but I am using the Steam/PC version. Do the video and .SRT files have the same filenames? Haven't tried it with .SSA.

Hello!

Yep they do have the same names, not too sure why it's not linking up though!

My heresphere's the latest ( v 0.10.1 ) downloaded through itch.io

I'll post up the issue on itch.io as well just in case

Are subtitles supported in the quest native heresphere?

Yes they are supported!

Another thing is that I have a .funscript matched to the scene as well as a .srt, could that be causing some kind of issue?

Just tried it with a completely random .funscript file matched to a scene with subtitles. The subtitles still show up. I'm using HereSphere on Windows/Steam though, so I doubt I can be of much help.

oh well! Thanks for the help! I'll continue debugging and see what I come up with!
