Clan games with TH16 #150

Now that clan games started again I noticed the it works with the a home village as a TH15 but as a TH16 bot will not pick or even attempt to open the clan game events. I have selected the MISC option to check early as well, and just ignores it outright.

The only difference I can see it just that a TH15 works, and TH16 doesn't and that when BOT detects the town hall village as ZERO "0" for a TH16.

Updated to newest DEV today, TH16 still skipping clan games. Issue is still there.
