This format is not in the current supported formats, but you can change your 
settings so they can be processed correctly by torrentexpander.
All you have to do is to change these lines in your 
torrentexpander_settings.ini file and add ",3gp" at the end :
supported_extensions
tv_show_extensions
movies_extensions

eg: 
supported_extensions="avi,mkv,divx,mp4,ts,iso,img,mp3,m4a,wav,srt,idx,sub,dvd,3g
p"

All new extensions needs to be added to supported_extensions. Then, if you want 
torrentexpander to be able to recognize those files as TV Shows and/or Movies, 
just edit the two other lines accordingly.

I'm not sure this file type is widespread enough to justify an "out of the box" 
support in torrentexpander.
