"force_single_file_movies_folder=true" does not work when "clean_up_filenames=no"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Set force_single_file_movies_folder=true
and
clean_up_filenames=no

What is the expected output? 
Always get the movies folder named with torrents name regardsless of how many 
files saved.
What do you see instead?
Only single movie file in root folder of destination_folder

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
