Improve tv_show_post by handling /Series/Season/Episode structure #9

What I have in mind is an option to choose the type of directory structure you 
want (series/season or series).

The problem is that some groups tend to add a prefix (aaf for example) which 
would result in creating erroneous series folders.

It will be up to the user to decide if he's ready to accept this minor downside

Some groups add a prefix to the episode's filename.
A user-editable workaround for "aaf-" group and others groups like that needs 
to be added
