Description

Search on Logs, Stays and Moorages was improved:

remove labels, placeholders are self descriptive
Reset removed in favor of per field clearable X
export moved after the table

Additional improvements:

Stays: filter also searches in Moorage name, not just Stay name.
Moorages: Map was removed above the table (we have separate Map in menu)
Moorages: renamed column to Default Stay Type to make it more clear

Closes #117 and #119
