Description

add logbook tags to Cards and Table view
tables: allow break on words in table fields: multiline rows on narrow screens
app layout: bring back padding of main page on xl (>1200px) screens
all chips switched to outline look (stay, tags)
improve menu in logbook table

Cleanups:

cleanup of VaXxx to va-xxx
