[rpi] config.txt: increase default gpu_mem_512 to 144. #591

I was getting "insufficient resources" when playing 1080p videos on Helix+newclock3, as more things get cached on the GPU. Tested for ~3 weeks. I don't know about vanilla Gotham.

Objections to changing the default value?
