I'd recommend hdmi_ignore_cec_init=1 is left in. It's harmless for composite and fixes an issue some TV's have with detecting the Pi as two CEC devices.

Offtopic, any news on the gpio interrupt issue?

I'd even leave hdmi_force_hotplug=1, but commented out. Can you please do so and squash?
