[feature request] provide an npm library #12

It's hard to remember, maybe provide an library like https://www.npmjs.com/package/serve, so user just input 

npx xbin tldr

pipx you need to pipx install i think, it would be good for using npx without installation.

we can claim https://www.npmjs.com/package/xbin since it's not using now.
