Does not appear to work with V20 of Kodi

Describe the bug

Here is a clear and concise description of what the problem is:

After windows upgrade of Kodi from V19 to V20 with default web interface is reporting 'file not found' error The api socket is still working ok This has happened on multiple windows installs.

Expected Behavior

Here is a clear and concise description of what was expected to happen:

Normal 'Chorus 2' interface control

Actual Behavior

the web browser reports back 'file not found'

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start Kodi
setup web interface with username / password if you want
browse to local address
