feat: simplify artwork settings #57

Replace individual settings for each artwork type with a single switch to enable / disable fanart.tv altogether.

Fixes #56 .

Has this been merged into the repo? I just installed v19 and I note that fanart.tv still has settings for each individual art type.

Anyway I will ensure we do a general scraper repo sync before v19 beta release. It felt like most things were there, but addons can change so quickly. The philosophy is only to sync the main repo at major points.
