Add python on "name" and "summary" to differentiate from XML version #30

When selecting which scraper to use, there is nothing to differentiate from XML version.

There was some conversation on the Team Slack channel about the name before we released this, and my sense from that conversation is that we didn't want to tag the name with the technology involved (the Python version of the movie one was named before that conversation), so we made an intentional choice to not include Python in the name.
