This PR adds a buttonmap for the Elektronika BK keyboard profile added in https://github.com/kodi-game/controller-topology-project/pull/92.
Mapped with my Kinesis Advantage keyboard. Notably, "break" mapped to "pause". Everything else mirrors the default keyboard profile.
Tested in the game.libretro.bk core by pressing keys.
