Add Amstrad CPC keyboard map for v1.0.28 layout #270

Description

This PR contains the buttonmap for the Amstrad Keyboard. Tested in cap32, crocods and ep128emu.

I'm going to merge for now, as wrong input is better than no input. Amstrad keyboard input will continue to be tracked in https://github.com/kodi-game/game.libretro.cap32/issues/7.
