Sync game controller add-ons #446

Description

This brings in the latest versions from https://github.com/kodi-game/controller-topology-project.

The reason for the sync is the updated layout for game.controller.ps.gamepad introduced in https://github.com/kodi-game/controller-topology-project/pull/275.
