Made many small interface changes: player controls look a little better, the time is visible on most windows (optionally), some customization options are added to the music visualisation window.
Fixed a few issues/bugs (empty unresponsive buttons, unresponsive seekbar, obsolete code and language file entries).
This is supposed to be the final release for Kodi Leia.
