fix osx arm64 openssl build #105

This also updates openssl to 1.1.1n (same as Nexus core)

This turned into a bit more than just fixing osx-arm64. I've also had to update openssl in order to support osx-arm64 which involved a lot of android changes. I also had to add a patch to fix lz4 installation.
