call XBMC_Run() on iOS/tvOS to unify app initialisation setup #21242

Detailed Description

iOS and tvOS don't call this function but rather re-implement the same logic internally. This means that changes to XBMC_Run() need to be reflected in iOS/tvOS platform-specific code as well which is easy to forget.

Context

In #21241 it was needed to apply copy-paste fix.

Possible Implementation

Refactoring.

Note: Team Kodi is considering this item, but we are not making any promises if and when it will be included.
