Kodi 21.1 x86 x64 fails to resume 4K.iso #25967

Describe the bug

Here is a clear and concise description of what the problem is:

  1. Install Kodi 21.1 Omega x64 on "Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 21H2 (OS Build 19044.1889) x64".
  2. Install jre-8u431-windows-x64.exe.
  3. Drop "Movie.4K.UHD.2160p.BluRay.HDR.iso" on to Kodi shortcut on desktop and select "Show Blu-ray menu".
  4. Blu-ray menu loads and the movie plays.
  5. Quit Kodi.
  6. Drop "Movie.4K.UHD.2160p.BluRay.HDR.iso" on to Kodi shortcut on desktop and select "Show Blu-ray menu".
  7. The 2 circles in the middle of the screen spin continuously, and the Blu-ray menu does not load.

Expected Behavior

Here is a clear and concise description of what was expected to happen:

Blu-ray menu should load every time.

Actual Behavior

Blu-ray menu only loads the 1st time.

Possible Fix

  1. Delete "C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata\cache\bluray\persistent\7fff4c47\4003\62280b58.res".
  2. Drop "Movie.4K.UHD.2160p.BluRay.HDR.iso" on to Kodi shortcut on desktop and select "Show Blu-ray menu".
  3. Blu-ray menu loads and the movie plays.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Delete "C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata\cache*.*
  2. Drop "Movie.4K.UHD.2160p.BluRay.HDR.iso" on to Kodi shortcut on desktop and select "Show Blu-ray menu".
  3. Blu-ray menu loads and the movie plays.
  4. Quit Kodi.
  5. Drop "Movie.4K.UHD.2160p.BluRay.HDR.iso" on to Kodi shortcut on desktop and select "Show Blu-ray menu".
