spinand: Add FORESEE F35SQA001G/002G devices ID. #59

This patch adds support for FORESEE F35QA001G/002G SPI NAND devices:

F35SQA001G:

2kiB + 64B OOB Page, 128kiB + 4kiB block, 128MiB + 4MiB die (1024 blocks)
JEDEC ID(9Fh): 0xCD, 0x71, 0x71

F35SQA002G:

2kiB + 64B OOB Page, 128kiB + 4kiB block, 256MiB + 8MiB die (2048 blocks)
JEDEC ID(9Fh): 0xCD, 0x72, 0x72

F35SQA002G: Tested on Tronlong TLT113-MiniEVM (w/ T113-i) F35SQA001G: Similiar device, not tested.
