is vs2013 supported? #7

  1. I created a folder('library') acording to premake4.lua and prepared the deps
  2. I used premake4 generate sln

I tried vs2013 and after fixing some other erros related to caffe, there are lots of errors... like: 'isnan' : is not a member of 'std' Cannot open include file: 'mutex'
