Local data refreshed, redo previous unsynced changes

Describe the issue you are experiencing I'm a new user. I have the extension installed on Chrome & Firefox. The initial sync went well, but I'm currently cleaning out bookmarks, and just as I rename/move stuff around I get the error "Local data has been refreshed, please redo previous unsynced changes." and a number of things revert.

How can the issue be reproduced? Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I'm not entirely sure what is causing the behavior. The main activity I've been doing is deleting bookmarks, Renaming them, and moving some around within folders. I assume that one of those activities is causing the issue, but not entirely sure which (or if it is a combination). This sounds somewhat similar to issue 218,

Using bookmark manager, I drag a group of bookmarks into a folder and after a few seconds, receive a message "Sync error. Local data has been refreshed, please redo previous unsynced changes."

ps1 Interestingly -- dragging a single bookmark works, dragging 2 bookmarks works, dragging 3 or more bookmarks generates the error above. ps2 if the destination folder is the very last entry in its parent, I can successfully drag as many as 5-7 bookmarks with no error.

I am also getting this issue. It was working just fine up until I tried to delete a folder on my bookmark bar that had only a single item in it. It also occurs if I delete the very last item. Any timeline on when this will be fixed?

I am also unable to ADD BOOKMARKS, which currently makes this plugin nearly useless. @nero120 since this is breaking functionality, can this fix be applied to a 1.5.x version rather than waiting for the 1.6 milestone items to be completed. If I am unable to even add a bookmark, I can't even use the extension.

If you edit or move some other things around it seems to eventually sync, but it requires a lot of messing around to get it to not error out.

I get this error a lot: I delete a bookmark, the error appears and then everything's refreshed so the bookmark comes back again. Sometimes if I'm persistent and do it 10 or more times, the change will eventually stick, but it's really annoying. @mblais Backups do nothing for mitigating the "loss scenario" in this issue whatsoever. The effect of this bug is that, if you bookmark your tabs and close them, the error can pop up and inform you to "redo previous unsynced changes" and the bookmarks chrome had created are immediately undone by xbrowsersync and lost (why would it undo them?). So everything you just closed would have to be re-opened from history and re-attempted. This error also often occurs when bookmarking whole windows worth of tabs.

I have been getting this on my Firefox add-ons that are on my Linux installations--both Manjaro and Mint. I have no issues on Windows machines. I have tried re-synching. I have tried disabling the sync and re-enabling the sync. Nothing is working.
