Delete bookmarks on the server #435

Hi, I am trying to start fresh. and i would like to delete everything i have stored on the server and import the bookmarks i saved and sync across all machines again.

but every time I try to do it and do a bulk delete old one show up again. I got quite a few bookmarks saved.

please advise
