Can the search function be full text matching instead of just matching the beginning? #464

When I search for a collection, such as the full name "Online Identity Generation", I can search for it when I input online information. If I input identity information, I cannot search for it. Can I make it match the keywords in the entire title instead of just matching the beginning?
