For PR #222 and Issue #221 ,
modify the xcat-inventory.spec file, build xcat-inventory rpm on rhels7 and rhels8 The README will point to download link and new rpms will uploaded to https://xcat.org/files/xcat/xcat-dep/2.x_Linux/beta/xcat-inventory/
