Investigate xCAT "Quick start" #131

In new home page, we need a "Quick start" section. In this task, we need to clarify:

Conclusion:

  1. "Quick start" will cover an x86_64 compute node OS deployment.on Redhat OS. It will be divided into 2 stages. Stage 1: enable hardware control Stage 2: deploy an compute node
  2. Summarize "Quick Start" guide and 2 stages in new home page "Quick Start" section, add a link to "Quick Start" page in xcat-docs.readthedocs.io
  3. Write a step by step "Quick Start" page in xcat-docs.readthedocs.io
  4. Rename old "Quick Start Guide" as "Workflow Guide"
  5. Add "Get Started" index between "Overview" and "Install Guides" in index part, move "Quick Start" and "Workflow Guide" under "Get Started" index
