Editor decision for the paper

Editor will make a decision for each paper and he may give comments as well for each paper.

Editor decision shall be one of the following:

Reject, Accept, Major Revision, Minor Revision, Reject and Invited Resubmission

Make seperate route for it and it has to be in the paper schema.

In the paper details page, in the table, decision can be drop down and comments can be text area

When the editor makes a decision, mail has to go to all authors. The body of the email shall contain

-All review comments (no ques and answer) -Editor comments -Editor decision
