DateTimePicker subsequent clicks on spinnerbutton move focus to first DateTimePart #1304

Hello, when clicking the spinnerbuttons with the mouse, it first increases/decreases the selected Datepart correctly, but switches the focus to the first datepart on subsequent clicks.

Example (default dateformat): Select minutes datepart. Click up once => minutes increase by one Click up again => dayname part is selected and increased by one.

Happens with single clicks and "longpresses", custom and default format.

Hi , This is already fixed in v3.4 and up. Currently, Users of the Toolkit version on GitHub have v3.3 Users of the Toolkit Plus version on Xceed have v3.6.
