Highlight if beamline directory not correctly configured #183

maybe have an explanatory pop-up appear when 'Get New...' is pressed, but beamline directory is not correctly assigned

What about a little dialog?
• Fill in (autofill!) target • Drop-down for dataset directory • Check-box for things that need to be included in update Advantage is that it puts all relevant things into a single place.

OR: Maybe add a big "add new datasets" button at the top of the datasets tab, which opens a dialog where the 2 or 3 things to fill out are very obviously labelled and documented?
