DIALS auto-processing: parse JSON/ MMCIF file for data processing stats #283

The latest version of DIALS comes with its own scaling module, i.e. there is no AIMLESS logfile to parse. Instead it reports data collection statistics in a JSON file and unit cell/ symmetry information in an MMCIF file.
