Upgrade Rancher #19

2.5 has much improved monitoring and alerts

RKE on which Rancher is running was updated to K8S v1.19.9 and Rancher was upgraded to v2.5.7. All VMs in the RKE cluster are still running warehoused-scientificlinux-7-nogui-18-03-2021-10-59-32
