The Neo4j graph databases are currently running version 3.x which is now quite old.
We now have a fully functional 4.2.1 version that also upgrades the GDS and APOC libraries with some useful improvements.
All Neo4j instances shoudl be updated at some stage.
The data in the PROD database is also quite out of data and should be updated at the same time (note: check for label changes when doing this, but that change has already been done in the DEV environment so is presumably safe).
