Remove old data loader infrastructure #26

The old data loader is no longer used so we should remove that infrastructure to simplify things.

The kubernetes-nfs-fs-media VM is part of this (acting as NFS server) and would need updating from M* class instances (see #24), but as it will no longer be needed it is better to remove it.

Tasks:

  1. remove volume mounts from deployments
  2. remove NFS server VM
  3. remove any other parts of data loader infrastructure (playbooks etc.)
  4. update docs

Work should be categorised under #15.

The service has been eradicated now.

Just waiting for support to remove the 1TiB media volume (whch I appear not to be able to remove). Ticket: STFCCLOUD-96
