Improve Tube+ #114

1. Searching: now that there is possibility for categories in search results 
search in Tube+ could be implemented similar to search in TVLinks site util.

2. Three new categories for TV Shows as found on the site: 
"Latest aired" (http://www.tubeplus.me/browse/tv-shows/Last/ALL/), 
"Top 10" (http://www.tubeplus.me/), 
"Genres" (listed in browse combo box on 
http://www.tubeplus.me/browse/tv-shows/Last/ALL/, example link 
http://www.tubeplus.me/browse/tv-shows/Action/ALL/)

3. Three new categories for Movies as found on the site: 
"Newly released" (http://www.tubeplus.me/browse/movies/Last/ALL/ paged, 10 
pages), 
"Top 10" (http://www.tubeplus.me/), 
"Genres" (listed in browse combo box on 
http://www.tubeplus.me/browse/movies/Last/ALL/, example link 
http://www.tubeplus.me/browse/movies/Action/ALL/)
