Support autosize program for any languages #18

Added support for TableLayoutPanel, FlowLayoutPanel, AutoSize for all elements. So far, only for the main window. Now you can translate the program into any language and it will adapt to the text rammers. Further development should be carried out on this layout. Thank you in advance!
