I found that the compile instruction of FDK library for the Linux system have been updated in reconstruction/lib. The instruction worked well.
Thank you!
Great! Thanks to Jiayong for the instructions.
Best regards, Paul

Hi. Thank you for the incredible work and for making this an open source.
I'm running the XCIST on Linux, and it seems that the FDK reconstruction library only supports Windows.
I tried to run 'experiment_02_voxelizedXCAT50_SimAndRecon' and got an error that says 'fdk_equilAngle.so' doesn't exist.
Could you also share the FDK library? Or is there a way that I could compile the library?
Thanks a lot! Hoyeon
