Minor build improvements, make udev rules more generic #4

I'll probably write down code for the glucometers I have protocols for right now, but I started with the basic build improvements.

This is actually not building currently for me as gusb functions got deprecated, expect more requests :)

Thanks, merged this. I actually already fixed the libgusb deprecated things locally a long time ago and forgot to push.
