update required ant version to 1.9.0

Sorry to nitpick, but in order to have a clean history, I would prefer to merge only one pull request having only one commit.

Ok both changesets should be merged together. Verified that 1.8.4 ant fails (the last version of 1.8 series) while 1.9.0 works fine.
