repo request: sc_matrix #44

A module and example apps for matrix manipulation in C/XC using parallel threads.

Currently exists in https://github.com/stevekerrison/xmos_matrix I would like to pull it into xcore.

Just to update you. There is a problem with github stopping me creating repos. I've reported it and will let you know when its fixed.
