Split into sections

Perhaps we should organize the articles into sections. Something like:

• Serial Processing
• I/O
• Concurrency/Parallelism
• Inter-thread communication
• Misc

I would find this easier to handle than a flat list though I admit the sections are slightly arbitrary at this stage.

I agree - I hoped that by waiting I would get more inspiration as to the headings, but your set of headings look likes a good starter. We can always rejig it later, and, for example, split the Misc section.

Ok - I have created some sections, I think we should keep adding structure when more sections are added. So far I have managed to avoid the dreaded "Misc" section...
