Various optimizations and tidy ups #13

I've added several optimizations here including:

Added the option to combine 1722 talker and listener packet processing into a single task running on one logical core
Merged media clock management, ptp and pll output into one task
Combine I2S with its buffering with the option to go down to one logical core if number of channels <= 4
Various memory/timer optimizations

I've also tidied a lot of stuff up including:

Added compatibility with new, less memory hungry, ethernet component
Removed a lot of Makefile stuff
Tidied up the top level demo apps a bit
