Add more configuration options to demo app #15

This update allows configuration of the demo app (suitable for the xSOFTip explorer) and puts in a mechanism to support multiple boards so we can move to support both the AVB LC Board and the slicekit.

Dave - I don't see the xmos_board_info folder or app_config header in the pull request?
